Does my dog travel separately?
No. Your dog stays with you in the vehicle. This is a private pet taxi for passengers travelling with dogs, not a cargo, courier or unaccompanied dog transport service.
Do dogs need tapeworm treatment before entering the UK?
Yes, dogs usually need tapeworm treatment completed by a vet 24–120 hours before arriving at the UK border. Timing is important, so passengers should plan this carefully with their vet before travel.
What documents may my dog need from France to the UK?
Dogs usually need a valid ISO microchip, current rabies vaccination and an accepted travel document. Depending on the journey and where the document was issued, that may be an eligible EU pet passport, an Animal Health Certificate or another accepted document.
