From airport arrivals to your UK address

A clear onward journey after your CDG arrival

We confirm the practical meeting point using your flight, terminal and airport access arrangements. Collection can begin only after you, your pet and your luggage have completed the airline, immigration, customs, veterinary or airport-release formalities that apply to your journey.

If your pet is travelling through airline cargo or a specialist animal-arrival process, release timing may differ. Once the release arrangements are clear, we travel by road to Calais, complete UK-bound pet check-in and document control before boarding LeShuttle, then continue from the UK terminal to your address.

Make the handover easier after your flight

Share your flight number, airline, terminal and scheduled arrival. Tell us how your pet is travelling and when the airline or airport expects it to be released.

Keep EuroPaw updated if your arrival timing changes, and reconfirm the practical meeting point when the airport formalities are complete. Please confirm any pet release arrangements directly with the airline or airport.

Before we leave, make sure your pet is ready for the onward road journey and that the confirmed passenger, pet, crate and luggage space works for everyone travelling.

Check your pet's UK travel documents

Keep the entry requirements current

For UK entry, pets generally need a readable microchip, valid rabies vaccination and an accepted travel document. A valid EU-issued pet passport may be accepted for Great Britain, depending on the journey and the pet.

Dogs need tapeworm treatment when required by the current rules. For a UK-bound LeShuttle journey, pet check-in and document control take place at Calais before boarding. Owners remain responsible for confirming current requirements with their vet and GOV.UK. We can provide general journey guidance but cannot approve veterinary documents.
