Yes. We collect passengers travelling with dogs or cats from Frankfurt city centre, Frankfurt Airport (FRA), and surrounding areas including Offenbach, Sachsenhausen, Niederrad and the wider Rhine-Main region. Let us know your exact pickup address when requesting a quote.

How long is the Frankfurt to UK journey with a dog or cat?

Frankfurt to Calais is approximately 600–650 km via the A3/E40 through Belgium. The drive to the Eurotunnel terminal at Coquelles takes around 5–6 hours depending on traffic. Adding the 35-minute Eurotunnel crossing and onward drive to your UK destination, Frankfurt to London typically takes 8–10 hours in total.

What route do you take from Frankfurt to the UK?

From Frankfurt we head west on the A3, crossing into Belgium near Aachen, then continue on the E40/A4 through Liège and Brussels towards Calais. At Coquelles we board Eurotunnel Le Shuttle for the 35-minute crossing to Folkestone, then continue to your UK destination. Your dog or cat stays in the vehicle with you throughout.

Does my dog need documents to travel from Germany to the UK?

Yes. Dogs travelling from Germany to the UK usually need a valid ISO microchip, a current rabies vaccination, an Animal Health Certificate issued within 10 days of travel, and a tapeworm treatment administered by a vet 24–120 hours before arriving at the UK border. Cats need the microchip, rabies vaccination and AHC but not normally the tapeworm treatment. Always confirm current requirements with your vet before travel.

Can a large dog travel from Frankfurt to the UK?

Yes. Passengers can travel with dogs of all sizes - from small breeds to large and giant breeds. Please tell us your dog's breed and size when requesting a quote so we can plan the vehicle space and schedule accordingly.
