Booking Terms

Quotes are based on the information you provide. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed in writing on the route, transport price, timings and payment arrangements. LeShuttle/Eurotunnel tickets are charged separately and are not included in the transport price unless we say otherwise in writing.

You must provide accurate passenger, pet, luggage, address, date and time details, and check your pet’s travel documents with the relevant authorities and your vet.

Any deposit and balance are shown before payment. If we arrange a LeShuttle ticket, any refund depends on the ticket fare and LeShuttle’s decision. We can refund the ticket cost only if the fare is refundable and LeShuttle actually refunds us.

Check ticket rules and options directly with LeShuttle. The crossing ticket is separate from EuroPaw’s transport price.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up and before the driver sets off, payments made for the transport are refunded.

For a cancellation less than 24 hours before pick-up, or after the driver has set off, the deposit is not refundable. Any transport balance already paid is refunded. LeShuttle ticket costs are refunded only if the fare is refundable and the carrier actually returns the money to us.

Flight or travel-document cancellations follow the same notice periods. Please tell us as soon as possible by emailing contact@europawtravel.com.

There is no extra charge for waiting caused by a flight delay. Other changes or waiting charges must be discussed and agreed with you before they are charged. Journey times are estimates and may change because of traffic, checks or crossing availability.
